Explicit Content is a London based funk rock band, formed at The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance by students Jozef Veselsky, and Seàn Frost. After several personnel changes the band finally could progress following the addition of Radovan Brtko, and Riccardo Puddu.
Under the umbrella of a fresh rock sound, a variety of other musical influences can be heard, mostly funk, and jazz, but also heavy metal, and even prog rock. All these put together could remind the listener of The Winery Dogs, Muse, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and the Foo Fighters. The band has performed mostly around London venues, but has also performed as a trio in Slovakia.
