The foundations of Galleons were layed during the summer of 2012. Based in Dublin & Utrecht, the Netherlands, the band draws on a wide range of influences to create a diverse and original sound.

Their self-titled debut E.P. was released in February 2014 and was followed by a string of shows throughout Europe. A new E.P., entitled 'Stalemate', was released in January 2016 and was celebrated with a tour of the U.K., the Netherlands and Germany.

The band are currently working on their debut album, with an expected release in early 2017.
