London based band Hijack Stories mix indie, rock, electronica and classical influences to create high-energy, highly intriguing and original sounds that come together to form a must see live experience. The band was formed late 2012 by French guitarist/pianist Remy Rosengarten and South African bassist Scott Jackson. They were joined later that year by Welshman Gareth Pugh (vocals). Working with various drummers over the years, the band was happy to welcome New York drummer  Evan Prettyman to join as the 4th Hijacker in April 2014.

With a band ethos centred around the importance of true song-writing with an added emphasis on making the live show a true experience for the fans, Hijack Stories aim to bring real music back to stages across the country. The band enjoyed a successful maiden year in 2013 with highlights being a Debut EP produced by Steve Lyon (The Cure, Depeche Mode, Soul Asylum, Paul McCartney) and supporting Bloc Party guitarist Russell Lissack at a sold out Scala. 2014 has them picking up where they left off, playing great venues such as Proud Camden, the Borderline and O2 Academy Islington. This is one band you must see live.
