After serving time as the lead guitarist in a number of diverse bands, Howard Shapiro decided to strike out on his own. As a solo artist he has brought to life a distinct, ultimately stripped down version of alt. rock.

With a style that echoes elements of Nick Drake, Jackson Browne, Cat Stevens and the legendary Johnny Cash, Shapiro is an artist of bristling talent and boundless creativity.
