Originally called Parade, East London three piece Voodoo Rays have been together as a unit for 8 months. The band play a distinctive brand of dark psychedelia that has been memorably described as early Pink Floyd played by Sonic Youth. So far, the Rays have released an excellent album, Descension, and played a number of well received concerts around London. They are currently working on a second album, provisionally titled 'Crabwise', for which the famed producer -and fan of the band- Kramer (Galaxie 500, Low) has offered his services.
