Babalou

Babalou is situated in the heart of Brixton, set in a Crypt of a converted church. Formerly known as the Bug Bar and now recently refurbished, it features original crypt architecture, North African style lamps, sturdy wooden tables and sumptuous velvet booths. The venue has a capacity of 500 with a 6.00am licence – South London’s premier and newest live music venue/club/lounge and bar all in one.

After the bands have finished playing, the crypt turns into a hidden night club with DJs playing until the early hours of the morning! This is a unique venue and makes for a great and different night out!
